I first was introduced to Garage Floors 4 Less at the auto show. I submitted a request for a quote and was promptly responded to and an appointment was made to come and give me an estimate. JEFFREY showed up was very polite and extremely knowledgable about the garage coating process I agreed to go forward on the spot and, a date and time was given for installation. On that day, three gentlemen showed up promptly and spent the entire day working through their process and did the coating on my garage floor. I could not be more happy with the outcome. This was a difficult decision for me and for my doggie daycare. I wasn't sure if a poured floor was the best solution but in the end it was a great one. Jeff and company were fantastic - work performed as promised, professionally and on time. The colour choices are virtually limitless and I went with a royal blue with yellow and red flakes. After service is also great as I called on a Sunday to leave a message about whether I could clean the floor with vinegar and someone got back to me immediately. Don't hesitate for one minute if you want a poured floor - THESE ARE THE GUYS !!

I am really happy the job was done properly with no rush to ensure each phase is settled before moving to the next one. I met Jeff at the Home show. His price for garage floor coating was extremely competitive with two other vendors, and I personally thought his product was superior. The best part of it all though was Jeff himself - he's professional and reliable and in an industry full of fake promises, he keeps up with his word. The workers were polite, respectful of their surroundings and other unrelated contractors on site, and worked diligently and efficiently to get a unique job done on time. Im guessing that at the time of application there was a small blob of epoxy that had started to harden from its catalyst and made it challenging to spread as evenly as the rest of the epoxy covering. Not quite perfect, with a slight wrinkle distortion looking like old age skin wrinkle the size of your palm. Repair options were discussed, and resolved quickly, to our satisfaction and we felt it better to live with it. Otherwise well done.

Durable garage floor coating completed in Sept 23, it included repair to our pitted concrete, they did a beautiful coating that has endured the winter/wet beautifully. Also no-slip finish is excellent in all seasons.
It is early days and the project looks great. 5 stars until warranted otherwise. The crew was friendly, professional and competent.

I've been waiting almost a year to write this review. I wanted to see how the garage floor performed over the winter months. Originally I had my garage floor done with a competitor. Initally I was pleased, however after a few months parts of the floor started to come up on large chunks. The material wasn't adhering to the concrete in areas that don't get a lot of tire or foot traffic. After 9 months of several calls, texts and emails waiting for them to come back and honour their "warranty" I got fed up and called Garage Floors 4 Less.
Jeff came to investigate my old flooring. He was prepared and totally professional. He explained why the old (less than one year) flooring wouldn't last and how their process was different. The crew came on time and removed what was left of the old flooring and installed a new one. When they finished I could see right away that the corners were sharper and the gloss coating on top was much thicker. They also made a line on the floor in front of the garage door that makes it easier for parking. Not only did my floor survive the winter after a quick wash it looks new again. The price was in line with the competitor even though they did more work. I would highly recommend Garage Floors 4 Less. From the the minute we met Teddy and the staff at their booth at the home show we were treated with friendly respect. The process was explained and we booked an appointment for a quote. Teddy was on time and polite and we agreed to the process. Garage Floors 4 Less kept in touch and a date was set for the process to be completed. We were reminded of our appointment and the two gentleman who did the job were friendly, courteous, and respectful and we are very happy with our new garage floor, dust free and fabulous. We would recommend if you are thinking about this process!
I have done a garage floor "coating" two times in the past and I've learned a bit from each experience. The first thing to understand that not all floors are created equally. What that means is you have choices in the types of flooring you can use for your garage. Typically, Epoxy is the least durable (and it what I used the first time around). It's inexpensive but the downside it almost started pealing within 18 months of being put down.
My second floor was a Polyurea flooring. This is a great floor because of it's super fast cure time (24 hours and you can drive on it). It is also very durable but had some adhesion issues, so it's no long before it is also peeling.
This third time around, I wanted a true Polyaspartic floor, which should provide the best balance between durability and floor adhesion.
I had my flooring quoted by a few different companies and the guys from GF4L seemed to be the most knowledgeable at a competitive price. Their floor comes with a 15 year warranty which is a huge bonus. They also offered to fix some problems in my garage (their carpenter filled a 25' gap along my wall with plywood which was then coated), coated some stairs and created a custom logo in the center of my garage. I provided them with a hi-res image and they reproduced a 3'x3' vinyl print which they imbedded in my floor. The floor came out great.
They showed up on time, completed the work on time, were very clean and the job came out exactly as promised at the price which we agreed upon. I had multiple pre and post calls from Jeff and other people from the company to ensure everything was done do my liking and met my expectations.
Having gone through this experience in the past, I can tell you thatdealing with GF4L was great. They did everything we asked and our floor has come out looking amazing. I had my garage floor resurfaced by Garage Floors 4 Less last week. I found Teddy very pleasant and easy to deal with. The work was completed within a few days of ordering. I don't know how they are getting all five stars. I went for Garage for less after seeing the reviews. Once you pay the total money, then that's it. They don't care about anything. I am fed up communicating with Teddy. He was charming before starting the work, but there was no communication, reply, or even a response after the job. Initially planned for August 11, they came early on August 10th by informing the morning. Even though I was busy I said ok. He didn't tell me about the smell that went through all three floors(it was too heavy a scent). There was no prior notice. I had to shift my wife to another house as she is pregnant and has some issues with the smell. I have to take 2 hours off from my work and change to Mississauga.
The next day, they came in the afternoon and finished the work (I had to call multiple times for the subsequent day's work)
But the main issue here is they didn't do the work properly; they did some sanding after finishing the job because some area was not looking good. I pointed this out the same day before leaving and they sent the photos to the Supervisor.
The Next Day, Teddy was asking for money and He visited me to check the issue because the balance is pending. After paying the
balance he has mentioned it is repair work and will do it in some days.
He doesn't even pick up the phones, and I have messaged him multiple times and contacted customer care three times. I forwarded it to Teddy, who told me he would do it in September, which is almost two months. They made a mistake, and this is their response after paying too much money. They can finish the work the next day.
I don't know how they will provide a 10-year or 15-year warranty if they cannot finish the work.

Not knowing the name I came across the company through a casual search. I saw that they recently started servicing Alberta and was directed to Todd for a quote. You'd never know this was a new business. Easy to talk to, not pushy, and very professional. The work was done on time, on budget, and looks amazing.

guys did a fantastic job! my walls were challenging in a few places due to pipes and wires coming into the garage from the basement, but they cut the side pieces to fit perfectly. They came highly recommended and I would do the same!

Our garage was crowded and we needed to start putting a car into it so we looked for ways to increase storage space. We didn't need a tools/workshop and we're not a car enthusiast who wanted to work on their car in the garage. Storage space over the garage doors plus additional racks on the left and right and above our freezer. Marc and Fabyan were very helpful with the on-site estimate and answering questions when we went to the showroom in Oakville. In terms of scheduling, they kept us up-to-date on the different tasks on different days as the overall job took about 1 week with paint on walls/ceiling drying and the floor drying before significant weight could be put on it. Best of all, they offered a courtesy trailer so we could temporarily store items inside while the job was done and then put them back after the floor dried. Very professional and all cleaned up afterwards.
