I don't know how they are getting all five stars. I went for Garage for less after seeing the reviews. Once you pay the total money, then that's it. They don't care about anything. I am fed up communicating with Teddy. He was charming before starting the work, but there was no communication, reply, or even a response after the job. Initially planned for August 11, they came early on August 10th by informing the morning. Even though I was busy I said ok. He didn't tell me about the smell that went through all three floors(it was too heavy a scent). There was no prior notice. I had to shift my wife to another house as she is pregnant and has some issues with the smell. I have to take 2 hours off from my work and change to Mississauga.The next day, they came in the afternoon and finished the work (I had to call multiple times for the subsequent day's work)But the main issue here is they didn't do the work properly; they did some sanding after finishing the job because some area was not looking good. I pointed this out the same day before leaving and they sent the photos to the Supervisor.The Next Day, Teddy was asking for money and He visited me to check the issue because the balance is pending. After paying thebalance he has mentioned it is repair work and will do it in some days.He doesn't even pick up the phones, and I have messaged him multiple times and contacted customer care three times. I forwarded it to Teddy, who told me he would do it in September, which is almost two months. They made a mistake, and this is their response after paying too much money. They can finish the work the next day.I don't know how they will provide a 10-year or 15-year warranty if they cannot finish the work.I waited almost two months to finish the work and am still waiting for the job; now, I am fed up and updating my review.
Not knowing the name I came across the company through a casual search. I saw that they recently started servicing Alberta and was directed to Todd for a quote. You'd never know this was a new business. Easy to talk to, not pushy, and very professional. The work was done on time, on budget, and looks amazing.
I cannot recommend Teddy and the team at Garage Floors 4 Less enough. From booking the assessment/quotation process to finalizing the installation date, everything was easy and efficient. I was having some work done on my garage that required a very short time line to do the installation and Teddy and his team were extremely accommodating to squeeze us in very short order. The installation team take great care and pride in their work and it shows. They did our garage floor and front landing and the work was very well done and we are extremely pleased with the final product! guys did a fantastic job! my walls were challenging in a few places due to pipes and wires coming into the garage from the basement, but they cut the side pieces to fit perfectly. They came highly recommended and I would do the same!

We recently renovated our garage with Garage Floors 4 Less and we are really happy with the whole experience.As a family with two young kids who enjoy the outdoors, our garage floor was starting to become cluttered. We didn't want to lose the ability to park one vehicle in the garage so we looked for a storage solution to meet our needs.The entire process was very positive - from initial contact, installation, to the last invoice. Marx worked patiently with us to find a solution that works for our family and our space. The have invested in systems to facilitate quotes, invoicing and communication so it was very easy to interact with them, instead of relying on multiple emails and leaving voicemails. The installation team including Fabyan and Jeff was friendly, punctual and courteous. It was really useful having the courtesy trailer for storage before and after the installation.We love the end result and it will support our family's needs for many years to come. Our garage was crowded and we needed to start putting a car into it so we looked for ways to increase storage space. We didn't need a tools/workshop and we're not a car enthusiast who wanted to work on their car in the garage. Storage space over the garage doors plus additional racks on the left and right and above our freezer. Marc and Fabyan were very helpful with the on-site estimate and answering questions when we went to the showroom in Oakville. In terms of scheduling, they kept us up-to-date on the different tasks on different days as the overall job took about 1 week with paint on walls/ceiling drying and the floor drying before significant weight could be put on it. Best of all, they offered a courtesy trailer so we could temporarily store items inside while the job was done and then put them back after the floor dried. Very professional and all cleaned up afterwards.
