We had a problem with our epoxy coated garage floor, after few years the coating started to peel off due to excessive moisture in the cement base and lack of proper isolation.We contacted Heiner from Garage Floors 4 Less and he explained to us the cause of the problem and offered solution. We decided to go with his recommendation and we have nice new floor in our garage. We are very pleased with their organization and quality of their work . Highly Recommend this company for all your garage floor repairs & floor coating! We were initially impressed when Wil showed up exactly on time to give his "on the spot" detailed verbal quote for our very damaged 1978 garage floor. He explained how the process works, answered all our questions, was very professional, nothing was left unanswered. We booked an appointment on the spot for our floor coating. Email quotes were sent immediately, followed by reminder appointment emails, including an actually confirmation phone call! Installation day arrived @ 7AM, with Chris, Wil (the owners) + 1 assistant to start immediately. The process was again explained with any questions answered. The floor was completely done within the day, fully waterproof within 45 minutes, dry to touch 24 hours, and cars can go back on within a couple days. We had checked out other Epoxy Coating companies, but decided we preferred this 4 Layer Proprietary Engineered System the best for adhesion & durability & since Nanospartic is 30% stronger than regular Polyurea & Polyaspartic. We love the anit-slip topcoat & SEALX2 Concrete waterproofing and we love the color design we chose! Comes with a All-Inclusive 15 year warranty that's Fully-transferrable! WE were also impressed that they only required a 10% deposit the day the quote was accepted and then the final payment the day of completion.

I researched a bunch of different companies to have my garage floor done and always kept coming back to Garagefloorsforless Ottawa. Met and spoke with the owners at the home show and their professionalism is what convinced me to use this company. We had a great experience with Garage Floors 4 Less. Although the wrong colour was installed initially, they immediately stood behind their work and honoured the colour we originally chose. They came back and redid our front porch, and the final result looks absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they were easy to work with, took all of our concerns seriously, and made sure everything was completed properly. Their customer service is outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing quality work and making sure their customers are happy. I visited this company's booth at the Toronto Auto Show and discovered how they do the flooring. They are much more thorough than conventional epoxy flooring. Technicians are professional in their work. After a whole day of preparing, sanding and painting the floor, I am very impressed and satisfied with the results (see photo). Thank you, Juan and Alex for all your hard work. Gabriel was great to deal with. He followed through the whole process from start to finish.
